Aufgaben
- Buildup of “Moving Spine AG”
- Recruitment of employees (~10 employees)
- Business process development and organization
- Development of business/financial strategy
- Organization and management of the hired staff.
- Control and management of the development at the external partners
- Communication with investors, cooperation partners, opinion-leading surgeons
- Cooperation in development with the research teams of Balgrist University Hospital
- Support in the organization of congresses and events to promote the new technology
- Establishing networks to train surgeons in the new technique
Anforderung
- Efficient, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
- Leadership quality
- Strong background knowledge of business processes
- Good strategic thinking abilities
- Highly motivated to build and grow a business from scratch
- Good ability to familiarize yourself with technical, medical products / solutions
- A medical technology background is desirable, but is not required if there is a quick learning ability and a general interest in the field
