Are you passionate about delivering outstanding Human Resources? We’re looking for an experienced, Head of Human Resources who shares our vision and values to join the team in our Headquarter in Renens VD.
The position reports to the Chief of Corporate Affairs.
As Head of Human Resources you will be responsible for short and long term planning of the Human Resources function in the areas of workforce planning, recruitment and staffing strategies, salary administration, associate and labor relations, benefits, as well as workforce training and development.
You will be leading and administering strategically and tactically all Human Resources functions including the following duties.
Initializing and leading strategic projects related to Human Resources
Managing the complete employee lifecycle: on-boarding, performance management, personnel records, incentive and compensation schemes, trainings and education, off-boarding
Institutionalize the hiring and assessment process, incl. CV screening, interviewing candidates, background checks and recommendations to hiring managers
Partnering with the Management Board and line managers to determine staffing needs and projects
Provide regular reports on HR matters to the Management Board
Enhance and maintain relationships with external partners such as federal and cantonal authorities, accident insurances, payroll service etc.

You have a bachelor degree or equivalent HR education
You have significant Human Resources experience at a management level, ideally within a fast-paced, high volume and customer-focused environment
You lead by example and insist on the highest standards
You have excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities; you’re able to analyse Human Resources metrics, find root causes and then develop short, medium and long-term plans accordingly
You balance commercial, business acumen in your leadership, with a fair and pragmatic outlook
You always develop effective working relationships with colleagues, at all levels in our HQ, our Stores and Customer Operations Centers
You demonstrate a proven, hands-on attitude, while remaining flexible and adaptable
You have the competency to establish trust and credibility among different hierarchy levels
You possess strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills: you’re also able to proactively manage ambiguity
You need willingness to travel regularly (up to 30%)
You are fluent in English, German and French
