Regional Sales Manager for Eastern France

We are looking for a service-oriented colleague to complete our sales team.
Place of residence must be in the Lyon area
Duty
- Execution of the yearly plan of actions according budget
- Executing all required actions according the POA to achieve the goals
- Continuous market observation and analysis (industries, customers, competitors)
- Market development and acquisition in the field
- Performing sales promotion activities in conjunction with CCO
- Definition of customer volumes, prices, and conditions in conjunction with the VP
- Close cooperation with all departments of the various product lines
- Continuous and frequent updates of account, activities, and sales automation data in the CRM system
Requirement
- Min. 2 years proven succes in the sales of industrial goods and some year in sales or application in the field of linear motion is highly appreciated
- Solid skills in utilizing the MS-Office package are mandatory
- Ability to work independently as well as a high level of self-motivation
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Confident manner and high negotiation skills at all decision making levels and in an inter-national environment
- Customer and team-oriented, flexible, open, reliable, initiative, perseverance, resilience
- Travel: 50-70%
- Home Office capabilities given
- Experience in usage of a CRM system and/or SAP R3 is a plus
- French (mother tongue), English on a communications level (oral and written)
