Our Laboratory for High Performance Ceramics and the Laboratory Acoustics/Noise Control are filling a

Duty
For an internally funded project, we are looking for a highly motivated PostDoc with a strong background in cold sintering of ceramic, ferroelectrics and piezoelectrics for acoustic applications. The project focus is on the development of sintering strategies of ferroelectric materials at low temperature to be able to process and subsequent investigation novel acoustic structures.

Your Tasks
  • Explore and develop cold sintering methods for ferroelectric materials
  • Implementation of metamaterial arrays for acoustic application, as a demonstrator
  • Investigation of the acoustic performance of the metamaterial array
Requirement
Your Profile
