Junior Regulatory Officer (f/m)
Duty
Assisting the team with:
  • Carrying out the CRS & FATCA due diligence procedures and reporting for our international corporate and private clients
  • Monitoring and implementation of various regulatory requirements such as Beneficial Owner Register or Mandatory Disclosure Rules
  • Performing legal research, and navigating the international regulatory landscape
  • Provision of advisory regulatory services to internal and external clients
  • Knowledge sharing with other service lines within the company
Possibility to grow within the team and take on additional responsibilities
Requirement
  • University degree in law, economics or related field
  • Additional studies in related field an asset
  • Min. 1-2 years of consistent work experience, ideally in legal/financial sector
  • Experience in and/or interest in CRS, FATCA and other regulatory matters (Beneficial Owner Register, Mandatory Disclosure Rules e.g.)
  • Ideally experience of working with clients, preferably in an advisory position
  • Interest in technology, proven MS Office skills and ability to develop proficiency in other IT systems/tools as we are highly depending on IT solutions in our everyday work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • High sense of responsibility and integrity
  • High grade of independence and solution orientation
  • Fluent/business proficient in German and English (spoken and written), additional languages (French, Spanish e.g.) an asset
