You’ll own the global marketing strategy, shape a high-performing team, and build a marketing engine fueled by AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making. From SEO/SEA to content, campaigns, and culture—you're not just steering the ship, you're upgrading it mid-sail with your hands-on contributions. You’ll collaborate closely with our Chief Sales Officer and leadership team, turning Trafag into a go-to brand for pressure, temperature, and gas density sensors around the world. And as we scale, your work will also elevate our employer brand, in close partnership with HR.
- Define, implement and lead the global marketing & communication strategy
- Lead and develop the marketing team (3 direct in Bubikon, 5 indirect worldwide) with vision and enthusiasm
- Implement efficient tools and processes in marketing automation, performance tracking and content development
- Increase Trafag’s digital presence through smart SEO/SEA tactics
- Manage collaboration with international subsidiaries, agencies and external partners
- Strengthen Trafag’s brand positioning across global markets through corporate design
- Shape and support our employer branding efforts in collaboration with HR
- Report directly to the Chief Sales Officer
- University degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
- Several years of experience in digital B2B marketing, ideally in an industrial or tech-driven environment
- High affinity for digital tools, data analysis and innovative marketing approaches
- Strong communication and leadership skills combined with strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Fluency in both English and German
- A motivated team and space to truly make an impact
