The Biodiversity and Conservation Biology research unit offers within the SNSF research project "Laying the foundations for drag reduction in stent applications using ferrofluids" for four years, with start in fall 2021, a position as a (w/m/d)
You have a MSc degree in engineering, physics or a similar field, with experience in fluid mechanics and biomedical engineering. You have a very good background in programming (e.g. Matlab) and experimental work and an excellent command of the English language both written and spoken. You are very motivated and work independently and goal-oriented. You will be based in the Environmental Fluid Mechanics team with Dr. Markus Holzner with offices at WSL Birmensdorf and laboratory at ETH Hönggerberg.
